Terms of Service

KickClap publishes meme clips and explanations. Its Hotel Lobby preset creates one 10-second AI video from two customer-selected photos. Other meme pages do not offer generation, and KickClap does not offer image generation.

Completed examples illustrate results. Your result can vary. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

You must be an adult. Upload one consenting adult per photo. You must have the right to use each photo and the consent of each person shown. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, mislead others, or create non-consensual content.

Guest purchases require a verified delivery email, without an account or password. Keep access to that email to recover your purchase. If you use an optional account, keep its credentials private and report unauthorized access.

Hotel Lobby is a one-time purchase made before generation. See pricing for the offer. A second aspect ratio requires a separate purchase. Check the total and provider shown at checkout when payment is available.

Download your video within 7 days after it is ready. After 7 days, the file may be deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains storage, cleanup, and provider retention.

Delivery occurs when a completed, playable video is available on your result page, whether or not you download it. Subjective dissatisfaction does not make a delivered video a failed generation.

For a confirmed technical failure without delivery, support checks the original order and restores the paid opportunity to make that video. This does not automatically refund the payment. Do not pay again while the same purchase needs review.

Duplicate charges, cancellation requests, and refunds receive individual review under our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos, and content shared through KickClap. You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute:

• Pornography, nudity, sexual content, or other NSFW content.
• Violent or graphic content, including gore, or content that promotes violence.
• Hate speech or attacks on people because of race, religion, nationality, sex, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Deceptive impersonation, harmful deepfakes, non-consensual intimate content, or use of a person's likeness without permission.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.

Do not present AI-generated scenes as recordings of real events. Photo permission does not permit content that violates these rules.

You must also not violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or distribute spam or malware.

When generation is available, automated checks review uploaded photos, sampled video frames, and video posters before delivery. A failed or unavailable check can stop an upload or hold a video for review. These checks have limits and do not replace your obligations under these terms. Contact hi@kickclap.com if you believe a result needs reconsideration.

Report suspected violations to hi@kickclap.com with the subject "Content report". Include the page or video link, an order reference if available, and a short explanation.

Do not attach illegal material, private photos, passwords, verification codes, or payment card details. A link or reference is enough to start a review.

KickClap's operator reviews reports manually against these terms and may request information needed to assess them. If we confirm a violation, we may refuse generation, remove content we control, or suspend or end access.

Where appropriate, we will explain the action to the affected user. To request reconsideration, reply to the same email with relevant information.

We cannot remove copies that other people have downloaded or shared outside KickClap.

KickClap’s original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party clips, artwork, characters, and music remain subject to their owners’ rights. A link or example does not grant you permission to reuse that material.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. To request account closure, email hi@kickclap.com from your account email. We may verify your authority before closing access. Order and audit records may require separate retention.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This applies to damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

We may update these terms. We will identify material changes by updating the page date and, where appropriate, providing a notice through the service.
