New purchases and video generation are currently closed. Contact support for help with an existing order or refund request.
If generation fails
If you have paid and generation fails, you can request a retry at no extra cost or a refund. Email hi@kickclap.com with your order reference.
AI results can vary
AI video generation has some unpredictability. We cannot guarantee an exact match to the original meme video.
Please understand that differences in appearance, movement, or timing alone do not qualify for a refund. This does not affect refunds for failed generations.
Download within 7 days
Download your video within 7 days after it is ready. After 7 days, the file may be deleted.
